I love the girls in the Alaqua office. They are so fun and friendly. Our get togethers are a great chance to meet our neighbors. And I need to give a shout out to my man Mr. T (Travis). Everyone at Alaqua gets an A+ from me.
I have two college students living above me that are creating a lot of nuisance through the day and night. When I showed the association the evidence their response was that they could not do anything and offered me to move to another apartment. I am planning on moving shortly but not to another Fort Family location since they have lost all credibility. I have advised my friends not to go near their properties for they have poor management.
Do you want First Class treatment?! Fort Family is the way to go. Their luxury apartments will give you a home were you can live abundantly for years to come. They have top of the line amenities, from beach entry pools with towel service to huge fitness centers. And let's not forget the superb customer service.

Ocean Park could be so great but unfortunately I have a neighbor above me that is very noisy. I am so miserable & stuck in a long term lease with nowhere to turn. Property Management has done zero to help. Think twice before signing a lease here.
I live at the Spyglass apartments and love it! Why you might ask? Well, first of all the leasing staff is amazing! Dickie and Kathleen absolutely spoil my dog, which melts my heart. Hey, anyone who loves all over my dog is fine by me. Another thing I love about Spyglass is the sense of community that the staff tries to convey. For example, tonight was Margarita Monday!
