Perimeter DBT has been an outstanding resource and partner to my work/my child’s school! One of their amazing therapists donated their time to provided a free parent workshop about how to help children with anxiety. Parents walked away with tools and ideas of how to help their children when anxiety kicks in. Perimeter DBT have also guided me multiple times to find resources for adults and children in my community.
