The worse customer service, the lady who answers the phone tells you they only have 2 pt’s (physical therapists) and she will write your name on the waiting list, I said ok….. over 2 weeks later I check in talked to her again and she doesn’t remember talking to me, my name is not on the waiting list, but now it is.. she continues let me call you back tomorrow I will ask the girl who is coming to work tomorrow and will get back to you! Amazing PT office. I cannot begin to say enough good things about Melinda and her amazing team. The equipment is clean, modern, and efficient. Their Pilates based exercises literally transformed my life in retraining and strengthening my core. Highly recommend.
