Dr. Shaner is gods gift to athletes. All the staff there is so nice and welcoming, and I always leave feeling so much better. They also give me exercises I can do on my own to help whatever injury I have. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!
I've been to Performance Wellness for two injuries in recent years with good results both times. I am particularly impressed with the staff. From Dr. Olson to the folks at the front desk and the chiro techs, everyone is knowledgeable and professional, warm and upbeat. The personal attention they give is invaluable.

Fabulous team at Performance Wellness, all the way around. They've helped every member of my family, age 9 to 51 and they work wonders with their hands and exercises. I can't speak highly enough about the entire staff. Great work and we love knowing help is just a quick phone call away for pain, injuries, strains, etc.

Thanks to the guys at PW, I'm back running - amazing recovery from 3-4 weeks ago when I could barely run 4 miles pain-free. Now I'm up to 14 miles and even doing hill work and speedwork again. They practice a blend of ART, trigger point release, traditional chiro and lots of physical therapy. I think this last piece is crucial to longer term recovery as it makes you stronger all around and able to sustain the work the chiro does. Ran the Dallas marathon yesterday and thanks to my super doc, Chris Olson, and the team at Performance Wellness I finished feeling healthy and strong with a 37 minute PR!Thank you Sarah, Dan and Byrna for all of the support!! Love y'all!!
Been going here for years. The doctors and staff are amazing! They not only diagnosed my hip and back issues but made sure I was throughly checked out for other potential issues which were needed. Go there!
