Toyota of Bountiful was amazing for me. I dropped my car off and they gave me a ride home. When the car was finished they brought my car out to the house. I was very appreciative because I work nights and I was able to sleep all day and not worry about getting the car picked up and brought home.
They seem to be so busy their customer service I feel is starting to slip. This is the third or fourth service I’ve received from them and when I first bought my Highlander they would always wash and clean my car before returning it to me. Now they are all about just getting us out the door. I had asked them if I needed my oil changed because I was only a couple hundred miles from why the sticker read reminding us of the oil change but the said no you do not need it changed yet. Mark in service called me right away to schedule my service. We got to our appointment early and was ready for us. Was able to work in a room where they have desks set up. Also love our sales person Tiffany who coordinate my birthday gift! I’m sure we’ll be back!

I made an appointment for service and arrived to find them ready for me even though I was early. I had a good experience with my assigned rep. I waited in the quiet lounge upstairs (which I love so I can read). They texted me a video of my inspection which I watched. They attended to my car’s issues, and texted me when ready. I like Toyota Bountiful.
