Everyone was nice and polite until they damaged a wheel on my classic car. Performance tire and auto will bully you into paying more for service. You will not get what you pay for. If your vehicle is damaged they will not take responsibility even go as far as to call you a liar and insult your intelligence. Don't get a wheel alignment there its a scam they charged me 79 dollars and did not make any adjustments. The manager would not let me get into my car and leave after he tried to intimidate me and make me feel threatened.

Trust me and NEVER bring your vehicle here. They neglected to screw on my radiator cap correctly causing it to overheat, for me to break down on the interstate with my scared kid and now further damage to my vehicle because of it. The mechanic left a note in my vehicle hitting on me with his number. Too distracted to do his job. Whatever the case, management won't own up to it and kicked me and my step dad out the shop.
