I have been owning and driving vehicles for many years. Having moved to Denham Springs in late April, we lucked up , found Performance Tire. My husband I are now loyal and extremely satisfied customers. This facility is awesome, and I tell as many friends,neighbors about this great operation!!! A+++
I can not brag enough about the service I received here. Every single employee was professional, polite, and helpful. I have worked with many shops in which I received special treatments because I knew the owner. And the treatment I received at those can’t even come close to the treatment I received today. You would of thought I was the owners daughter. And on top of that, the pricing was competitive. They are a full service shop. Go see them for ALL of your vehicle needs!
Had a screw in my tire went in to have it fixed and tires rotated. Had to wait a couple of hours for tire repair and did not charge me and ask if I would come back the next day for rotation which I did not much of a wait at all but then did not want to charge me because I had to come back made them take something and he said $10.00 bucks . They will get my business in the future.
I have had my car serviced here for over 15 years. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff is and how well they take care of all my vehicles. Highly recommend!
Caught a nail while on a long distance road trip. I wasn't in the greatest mood having a flat, but these guys are positive and helpful and immediately turned the experience around. They're fantastic. John at the front desk immediately took care of us, while cracking jokes and making things just a little bit lighter. Ben, the owner, fixed the flat for free. I'm on my way to Georgia from South Texas and we started having tire issues, these guys were able to get me in-and-out very quickly and gave me a great deal on 2 new tires. I definitely feel a lot safer for the rest of our trip. On top of that, the customer service is excellent!
My family and I were on a cross country move when we unfortunately got a flat tire on the way. Performance Tire staff not only fixed the tire but also made us feel apart of this amazing community during our stay. From loving on my dog, putting on cartoons for my boys, and wiping off my windshield they continuously went above and beyond. Thank you!
