Andie at the Brookfield store was really sweet, efficient, and helpful. We upgraded my 5 year old running shoes (including a brand switch) in half an hour!

Not only have I already bought 2 pairs of shoes in less than a year, but I've brought my cross country/track athletes there to get shoes (7 so far). We have all walked out with shoes, and the people at the new oak creek facility are awesome. They took care of each of my athletes so well, and ensured they got what they needed. The level of service here is beyond anything anywhere else. I didn't even buy shoes today but I had such a positive experience that I just had to share! Nick was super awesome and went over so many things with me while I was in the store. They didn't have my size but they are going to get it from another store and I'm under no financial obligation at all! It was an overall fantastic experience and I can't wait to visit again!
