RecommendedIt was my first time here at the Brookfield location. I had nothing less than an amazing experience Kyle was super helpful and listened to any questions or concerns I had to help me pick out not only the perfect shoes but socks as well. I’ll be back.

I’ve had many great experiences at the Brookfield location. Their staff is knowledgeable and happy to help you find the gear you need. Messaged them today to inquire on the availability of some items they had just posted online. They got back to me immediately had the items pulled and ready for me to pick up in no time. I feel so fortunate to have such a great store less than a mile from my house. HIGHLY recommend them. Can’t wait to wear my new tights and sweatshirt.

Absolutely recommend! The team is amazing, attentive, and accommodating. I felt comfortable recommending PRO for my mother to visit with my teenage sibling to get her first pair of fitted shoes for cross country. My mother was thrilled at the safety precautions, mask wearing, and cleaning. We are grateful for small businesses like PRO and their efforts in customer safety. Recommend 100 times over.

Rude, unexceptional, I will never come here.
So today I went to Performance Rnning Outfitters, and I was denied service because I refused to wear a mask. I explained to the young blonde female that I had a medical exemption and she continued to tell me I could not be in the store. I was intending on buying two pairs of shoes which would have been about $300. I walked out of the store, saving money instead of spending. I will go elsewhere that understands I can not wear a mask. I was only ONE of SIX people who were in my party.

Thanks so much for coming in. Our sales associate did offer to fit you outside and bring chairs outside for your entire group which you didn’t want to do. She then offered a virtual fitting via zoom which also didn’t work for you. All of our inventory is also online and we offer curbside pickup. Masks are not required for any of these options. I went to your store in Oak Creek today and read your signs before entering. This was the first store I had been in that required a mask. I went back to my car and got it. I washed my hands when I got in, spoke to Kyle who was exceptional, put on a new pair of socks to ensure cleanliness and had a wonderful experience. The only way my rights were violated was by Kyle calling me Brian instead of Ryan due to mask translation issues. I'm just happy you were open for business. I will be back again. Thank you.
