I was in today for a new pair of shoes. I have awful plantar fasciitis and needed something that would work for my inserts. The staff spent over an hour watching me walk, run, checking out my feet and finding shoes that would work for my needs. This is the second time I have been to this store in the last year and their service is outstanding. I can not recommend them enough.I should add that I'm not a runner or an athlete. I went here yesterday to be fitted for running shoes for the first time and had a WONDERFUL experience. The staff is so friendly and patient, and the environment is not intimidating at all. I especially love that they have treadmills so the staff can make sure you have proper form, and a section of track so you can actually run in the shoes to make sure they feel right. Allie took care of me and was so awesome. I highly recommend this place and will be buying all of my running shoes from here! :)

Patient staff who took time to explain what I would need in a shoe. Great selection and atmosphere.
Hands-down the BEST Running store out there! Amazing customer service with staff that all know what they are doing and know how to help you find the best products to fit your personal needs, fantastic products and selection, and some of the greatest people you will meet :) I go to them for all of my needs because it's just not worth it to buy anywhere else.
