Kay was amazing! Such great service in helping me find the right shoe for my running style/gait. Kay spent several minutes measuring/observing my walk and looking at how my ankle functions before ever going to get a shoe for me to try on. She was incredible helpful, they have a portion of track for you to try the shoes out on as well as treadmills. I had such a great experience here today. Came in with an issue with my current running shoes. Nick knew exactly what the issue was, offered great advice, helped me find the perfect pair of sneakers, and now I’m excited to test them out tomorrow! I'm a novice runner, slowly training my way back to fitness and running (actually running) a 5k before I turn 30 next year. As soon as I started training, I remembered why I hated running: shin splints. I went to Performance Running Outfitters in Oak Creek to have my gait analyzed and get a proper shoe, after a few dedicated running friends suggested I find a place to do so. Brookfield PRO has always provided excellent customer service and the employees are very knowledgeable. They also put on some great fun runs and make pretty darn good pancakes!
