I pray that I never have to use this company again... but if the need arises, this is who I am going to call. We had a pipe break in the wall (ironically three days AFTER a freeze and not during). I was looking for a plumber for immediate action and called PRG. At first, I was like, "No, I just need a plumber so I will call you back later" but Daniel was like, "Just let me come to a look" so I did and I am grateful for that. Preformance restoration group was the first company to return my call on a Sunday morning. I was given an estimate of $1800 and an ETA of 1.5 hours over the phone. They showed up 4 hours later, and the bill ended up being $2900. They were able to remove the water from the area and place the drying equipment. They replaced a failed sump pump for a fee (additional to the $2900) I was told I was going to be provided 15 air movers for the price of 10, but only 10 were provided.
