Performance has now been managing my property for 1.5 years now and I am very impressed with their new staff and systems. Highly recommend them if you have investments and would like to have a professional group of people take care of your hard earned assets!
Horrible service and company. Don't take your business here
This company is horrible. Anytime we call (which is not that often) they never call back. They sent a notice for my lease expiring in less than a 60 day notice where I now have to struggle to find somewhere else. Any issues that need to be fixed, they either don’t show up to fix it or they have maintenance show up without proper notice. Maintenance brought their children to my house running around my backyard so I had to keep my dog indoors and they also left a mess everywhere.
