I've had a lot of experiences with property management companies. Most are not very good at all to put it mildly. But Performance Properties has been excellent. A lot of the credit to my rating has to go to Zack who oversees my property. He came from the firm that Performance acquired which I had been using. Zack is my 'go-to' guy Performance and he is first-rate and professional.

Good record keeping. Managed all issues that came up with renters successfully. Had to learn how the building works of course but that's expected. Gets financial statements out on time
These people are absolute scumbags. Only concerned about getting in your wallet, not about providing a good place to live. Repairs only occurred 8 months after request and when they started showing it to new tenants. Awful people to interact with---only focused on $$. Honestly dealing with a robot would've been more pleasant (and cheaper). Seemed as they were intentionally steering us into situations where we were nailed with more fees. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
