Everything that is one star is totally true, I am sure. It takes a lot of being s..t on to go this deep. Fellow s..t-upons, you have my sympathies, I know how you feel. Future applicants, beware! This one is a doozy! The owner hired PPI to rent out their property...but it was not ready. We accommodated the owner and PPI to the tune of 6 weeks lead time before move-in giving them $4500 deposit 6 weeks in advance. The owner wanted to do renovations. I have recently been at the receiving end of very bad people. We had placed a deposit of $4500 for 6 weeks and because the property manager is a very not nice person, and I complained about it, they terminated my lease before we even got the lease 3 days before move-in. You know what I wanted that cause the trouble... I wanted the keys earlier than they wanted to give them to me. They are the COMPANY OF NO. You will get nothing from them but a terrible attitude who likes to inflect pain. Their people are pure S...T. T... read more
Do not do business with this company they rented a beautiful home on Bradford Rd to a drug dealer who has co terminated and destroyed their client's home which would not have happened if they ever inspected their clients properties to make sure it was being cared for, residents were all on lease, asked neighbors about their experiences with renter. But PPI. Did none of these things and that home is garbage now
Its been 7 years since we started working wit PPI and we have been very happy about the service we have been provided. They have had very quick and professional communication.

Treats tenants poorly with little or no respect. They make sure that you are locked into their lease and thats it. They are then done with you and you are left on your own to maintain the property. You are assigned a property manager who does not answer any of your calls and if your car or your property gets damaged due to lack of maintainance on their part you are expected to repair your car or property at your own expense or have your insurance fix it. Overall experience is good. Prompt and appropriate communication, good record/book keeping and very professional with us and our tenants.
