I will not rent from this company...the most unprofessional sales people. My gf and I asked to view a property and they set up a viewing not only with us but 4 other groups. They should have told us that it was going to be a bidding war for the place! I was shocked and so was everyone there. It's just rude to show it that way without letting your customers know what they are walking into! The lady was rude about it...didn't even acknowledge us or introduced herself to us. This is the worst property management company I have ever worked with (1) they have not kept any promises made to us prior to renting (2) they heve entered our property 3 times with out proper approval or notice. (3) they make appointments to view property or make repairs and don't show up!

The first time you call and receive a number that appears to be a different number than yesterday, run. That was the beginning of our ongoing two and a half year nightmare, complete with sudden payment changes, actual threats, and basic lack of decency. At this point, we're sitting, paying rent, and collecting every communication for eventual litigation. Don't be fooled by the initial appearance of the home. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.

This company is unethical, rude, incompetent, and dishonest. They will keep your security deposit for silly charges. Rent somewhere else or you will be devastatingly sorry!!

This is the worst rental company in history! They did next to nothing for my family when we rented from them. When we moved out they charged us for all sorts of things that were not broken or dirty. They are a bunch of thieves with a turn around rate that makes it next to impossible to keep anything straight. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!!

Performance Prop. Inc is terrible, cheap, and unprofessional – I have been renting a house from Performance Properties for almost 3 years and It has been nothing but a bad experience from the start. They double booked walk thru's and left us to do the walk thru ourselves. They told us to e mail a copy to them of any issues we saw which we did. All they did was e mail us back saying "we noted these issues in your file" they didn't fix most of the things.. Our oven didn't work, there were broken tiles and missing knobs in the ... read more

I just want to thank you for being such a wonderful person to work with. You really couldn't have made this process any better for us with renting our home out. I appreciate you taking the time to ask how were doing with the move and remembering the names of my kiddos. It really means a lot to us to work with such personable and professional people. I understand how busy you are but it seems you don't miss a beat. I look forward to working with you as long as we keep our Sherwood home a rental property.

they have helped me out a lot – The support given me by PPI has certainly had a positive impact on my ability to stay focused on my job and eliminated the worry or distractions of retaining this property.
