The website is great, easy to pay rent and fill in maintenance requests. Maintenance request attention has been good – most everything I have asked for repairing has been repaired.
I am very pleased with Performance Property. Everyone has been really diligent in finding really great tenants. They are quiet and seem to keep the place in good order. P.P. has made sure the house has been maintained well and keeps up on checking the property regularly. Trina has been very pleasant and does her best to make sure things are done on a timely basis. I have engaged other property management companies and have been sorely disappointed. In the case of P.P. I couldn’t be happier.
Performance Properties has kept our property rented and in good condition since we moved out of state. After four years of working with PPI, we are in full confidence of their integrity and expertise.

I have nothing but positives to say about Performance Properties, Inc. Bobbie Fuller always treats me as though I'm the only person she has to take care of -- even though I know I'm really just one of MANY. Whenever I have a problem, it is always addressed in a timely fashion and to the best of PPI's abilities.
