I have been going to Performance Plus since I moved to Traverse nearly 3 years ago, Heather and Jason were always pleasant and ran through the same procedure every time I came in. I use to go here when Heather was manager, and I loved it! 5 years, 3 different vehicles, that woman put a lot of hard work into her job, and she was always there, and ALWAYS pleasant! she would show me everything with or without request. I was there yesterday, and my experience was less then pleasant. I only wanted an oil change on my mother's vehicle, (because I'm an awesome daughter like that) and the guy there seemed less the happy about being there. RecommendedThe manager went above and beyond to fix an oil leak that I had that we thought happened after they did an oil change but it was something completely different and they fixed it. Cannot Thank them enough for great customer service. Highly recommend them.

This is the best place in town to get your oil changed. Heather the manager is kind and such a hard worker. We were at Costco shopping after we dropped our truck off for an oil change and one of the stems came off our tire. Heather arranged it for the tire store next door to come fix it by the time we got back. She always goes above and beyond!
Heather is always the best. Coming from someone who puts 25,000+ miles on every year they know their stuff fast and friendly. They also offer top offs between oil changes. Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else
