Excellent rehabilitation experience! I worked with Amanda on my shoulder recovery after a car accident. The whole PT process was challenging, but under her guidance, I saw progress with every session. Amanda is very professional and pays great attention to detail. They over charged us but never refund! We’ve asked about the refund several times but they don’t do anything for months.
They are scamming patients and sending you on a wild goose chase. After confirming with Novant, BCBS health alliance, marketplace, and the website that they were in network, they continue to say that they are out of network and are not responsible and that I should have checked. HUGE SCAM! They suddenly change from UNC to Novant without any notice so health insurance doesn’t cover and claims it’s on the patient for not checking every single visit that the location is still in network. 4 visits fully covered, suddenly we receive a bill for $500 of uncovered bills for 2 visits due to their change that occurred with no notice to patients.
