HUGE SCAM! They suddenly change from UNC to Novant without any notice so health insurance doesn’t cover and claims it’s on the patient for not checking every single visit that the location is still in network. 4 visits fully covered, suddenly we receive a bill for $500 of uncovered bills for 2 visits due to their change that occurred with no notice to patients.
I have seen Dr. Digiulio many times for orthopedic issues. Unfortunately, I sustained injuries to my knee and shoulder that would require surgery. Dr. Digiulio and his team provided the absolute best care and genuine interest in my ability to get back to where I was before and even better! I have referred many of my friends and family to Dr. Digiulio, he is by far the best around!
This would be our 5th or 6th time taking our kids to Dr. D. As usual he comes through in many ways. From making our kids feel comfortable to educating on as far options to working through the PT process. Thank y O u so much. As a parent it is very comforting knowing you are there.
I had surgery on wrist. Dr. Digiulio was so amazing. He explained everything well to me. He even called me the next morning to check on me. Not many doctors do that!! I highly recommend him!!
