When my wife’s transfer chair in her van malfunctioned, Dave and Rob were right there to help us get it fixed quickly so I could then go back and pick her up at Penrose Hospital. What a wonderful experience. We were so relieved as we had an hour and a half drive home ahead of us.

We would highly recommend United Access of Colorado Springs. We have dealt with the sales department and the service department and have been extremely pleased with everything!

Friendly staff, but had to return 7 times to get things fixed in under 6 months. Always fixed, but quite the hassle being mobility impaired.

I have a 2002 E150 Ford van. It was in for repairs to the wc accessable lift. Being a caregiver to my mom wears me out so while the lift was bei repaired I prepared to wait. I had my phone and my crochet. (This business is people friendly) within minutes I fell asleep in the recliner I was sitting in. 4 hours later, I woke up, because the bathroom was calling me., and when i returned from the bathroom i was informed the van was ready.
