I brought my BMW to get an axel back exhaust installed. When I entered I was greeted by Jimmy who was amazing to work with. The appointment started on time as soon as I got there and my car was already on the lift being worked on. As busy as this shop was they are efficient. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I brought my E90 M3 to Performance Eurowerks for an Öhlins Road & Track coilover install, and once again, they exceeded expectations. This isn’t the first time I’ve worked with them (they did my rod bearing service in 2023), and the consistent attention to detail, communication, and overall professionalism is why I keep coming back, even though I live 2.5 hours away. Great work done by a great group of people would recommend for work on your bmw!
Expected these people to be honest. Wasted months and tens of thousands of dollars. Avoid at all costs! Alex Roy is a smooth talker but is very deceitful. This shop left a crankhub loose and blamed it on tuning issues. Took zero responsibility after sending them multiple pictures of damage done by them. Hide codes in tune. Do not trust anyone at this shop
