Mike completed landscape for us in January 2019. A few months later weeds grew over the mulch. He stated in the contract that he would kill the weeds prior to laying the mulch. Some of plants died or never grew.

Requested a quote via their on-line submission form on 7/1. Unfortunately 2 weeks later and still no response. Called to speak with the team and get a voice mail with the mailbox full. Really disappointed. One would think they would like to have some business. Apparently not.

I have used Perfekt Erth for several landscaping projects including a patio made of pavers and sodding our back yard. All the work has been excellent! We have been very pleased with the responsiveness and price quotes. The workers have been great. They arrive at the job and put in a full day. They are courteous and clean up following the project. It is a reliable and dependable company.

I hired Perfekt Erth for landscaping improvements around the house as well as an irrigation system and accent lighting. The proposal process was smooth and communication was great during design and pricing. Once the contract was signed and required 50% deposit was paid, the communication became more sparse and stayed sporadic through completion. It took longer to get started than quoted, weather had some impact on this but there was no communication on changes or delays unless I specifically asked for an update. The project ... read more
