Poor support system and help desk. Take 4-6 hours to fix a problem and still not fixed. Get multiple notifications for one page. Voice then text does not translate to phone call. Since doctors are not always able to get phone calls from staff after installing the system, it could potentially become patient safety issue. The company does not take problems with its application seriously. Would not recommend this application
