So set an appointmemt for 9am for an alignment, told them I was waiting and to also call me when my car would be done because I went across the street and then came right back, but apparently "call when done" means they can take their sweet time when it's convenient for them to start my car...which is took almost 2 hours for them to START. And to tell me your short on staff is NOT my problem and should never be told to your customers, thats poor customer service, do not make us suffer because you can't fully staff your busin... read more

Buyer beware. May be ok with tires but don't even think about having repairs done. They are willing to misdiagnose your problem as long as you are willing to pay them to do so. Customer loyalty in unimportant!!
Always A+++ service. If they do no know, they will research and find a solution. Chris and J are always one call away from making your auto problem, their problem and your solution. I make the 51 mile trip because they earned my trust.
My oil pan was destroyed by a huge rock, they got the part and had me out the door in a day and a half! That is what you call Fantastic service, you have our business Perfection Tire! Thank you for working so hard and doing a great job!
