Know your car before you go in. I had something making noise under my car in the back and was 85% sure that my muffler was loose. When I scheduled the appointment, the scheduler said they were a full service shop and it wouldn’t be a problem, they could check it out and fix it. I checked in, and when I told the guy at the counter that I was pretty sure that’s what it was he said they can’t fix mufflers or transmissions (that’s NOT a “full service shop”). Perfection Tire CDA is the best. Every time I’ve been there, they are straight up with me, no run-around. If something is wrong they’ll quote it without extra add-ons. They fix what’s broke the first time every time and show you that it’s broke to prove to you that it’s a problem(no bs). Always reasonable on tires and alignments. Very professional and respectful 100% of the time. Thank you Perfection Tire CDA for being my number one and only stop to get everything taken care of.

I’ve dealt with many auto shops,tire shops over the years, but never have I received such friendly courteous service as I have from perfection tire. Kudos to each and every person I’ve had the privilege to deal with there. My business will stay there.

I was getting gas at the 76 quick stop across from Perfection. When I got back in my vehicle, the engine would turn over, but it would not start. I walked across the street and asked if someone could help me with my situation. I explained to the gentleman that this situation had happened to me once before about a year earlier. The gentleman told me that it sounded like it could be my fuel pump. He told me to take a hammer and smack the bottom of my fuel tank and then try to start the vehicle. To my surprise, it worked! My father was a loyal perfection tire customer before he passed away... I myself continue to use perfection tire. Sad to see the company leave Orofino but it’s been a pleasure doing business with this location since moving here.

Perfection Tire of CDA has always been by far the best in town! The guys are always very helpful, honest, & friendly. We are on our 5th set of tires from them- recently bought a newer vehicle & suddenly realized the tires were not up to par w/snow. PT happen to have 1 last set of tires in that we were looking for, got us in/out that same morning! Couldn’t be more happier w/their amazing/quick service, price was fair too! I love this Perfection Tire! These guys have been professional, efficient, honest and trustworthy all four times I've come here. They have done oil and tire changes for me and just today, they reattached the undercarriage of my car that partially fell down in a matter of minutes! As a repeat customer, I highly recommend them!

Professional service!!!! Love that they answered all my million questions. Took plenty of time helping me pick the right tires. Understood that I was on a budget and didn’t try and sell me unnecessary stuff.
