RecommendedHands down the best customer service in town. I won’t go anywhere else for my mechanical needs. They aren’t just a tire shop they do it all from what I’ve experienced. From the owners down to the shop technicians they take care of their customers.
Called ahead for an alignment and they said to bring it on in. Walked in the front door and had three different people look right at me and not bother to say “someone will be right with ya.” Then the phone rang and a worker answered the phone while still ignoring me. Took my car over to Les Schwab and was all set up in less than 5 minutes. Won’t be back nor will anyone I know. Pullman location better step it up.

RecommendedI was getting gas at the 76 quick stop across from Perfection. When I got back in my vehicle, the engine would turn over, but it would not start. I walked across the street and asked if someone could help me with my situation. I explained to the gentleman that this situation had happened to me once before about a year earlier.
