If I could give a zero, I would. My 16 year old took her car here yesterday and had a free oil change coupon we purchased in an auction. We run synthetic oil, but mind you their special is $22.95 for a regular oil change. She had to pay $45 after they gave a $30 discount. We usually do our own oil changes, but figured since we had the coupon it would make it convenient for her. We can buy the oil and filter at Wal-Mart for less than $30, so they are charging $45 for the service???? But not for regular oil changes??? Please e... read more
**Changing from 2 stars to 1. The issue is STILL not fixed. All it was was a slow leak on the tire. Two trips in, and hours of my time waiting, with still no resolution. Very, very, frustrated.** We won't be back. The work we received was great, but the customer service from the guy checking me in and out was terrible. We would rather drive to Post Falls than deal with him again.
Last time we went to Perfection Tire is the last. When the job was finished and we pick the car up there are four men behind the counter and none of them spoke to us, in fact, I had to ask if we were done. Good work yes but other than the young guy that owns it I find them rude.
