RecommendedAmazing customer service! I came in today because I left work and my tire was losing air fast. I Called les Schwab because I had bought my tires from them, they were an 1.5 hr wait, so I decided to try perfection even if I had to pay them. They had me in and out in 20 mins and turns out I had a piece of metal in my tire. Front desk was great and had amazing customer service, I will definitely come back! 😉 highly recommend them!

This has always been MY PLACE. They always had great and reasonable prices, they were supper accommodating, and Todd always helped with things at no charge. So I always came back. I dropped my car off for a diagnosis and estimate this past week. I needed a new oil pan gasket, a $6.49 part and they were estimating me at $300+ for swapping it out. Yeah, I'll do it myself... thanks. I also needed new struts. They gave me an estimate of $840 JUST FOR THE FRONT. My back one's are getting bad too so that would be $1,680 for all 4.... read more

RecommendedJust wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Perfection Tire of Post Falls, Idaho. Y'all are amazing. Came in at 4:15 PM last Tuesday (July 7) - asked for professional advice on a tire situation where friends visiting from Mississippi had a bad front tire. They didn't want NEW tires because they will trade vehicle soon. Not only did you IMMEDIATELY get their car on a lift, you found two comparable used tires with excellent tread to get them safely home for a fraction of new tires. RecommendedThey have the best customer service around yet. Tony and the guys took really good care of me thank you. I went and got a leveling kit and fell in love with it. Got freaked out i was gunna have to fork money for brakes and they were honest and saved ne so much by just adjusting them and they work great. They fixed my door lock cylinders and wiring for tow mirrors and everything is working tits now. Absolutely love these guys.
