Hired to replace issues with 2 shower nozzles. Owner, Jaime Drauss handled the job, which included purchasing replacement parts. He did not advise, nor provide a quote for the parts. He installed the parts and then invoiced for them. His invoice included 2 charges: $200.00 for labor and $192.00 for materials. My husband and I were shocked at the materials cost.
