Very nice and knowledgeable staff. First auto damage claim I've ever had to file and Jason at Perfection One made it very easy and a learning experience. I didn't know much about what to do but he explained everything so well that next time I'll know much more of what to do to make things go along faster. The repair was great can't even tell there was ever any damage done. Highly recommended and will definitely go back if I ever need anymore service done.
I was referred to Perfection One several years ago by Herrnstein Chrysler. Since then, I have been back for other repairs. They are all about customer service and make sure the repairs are done to "perfection." I highly recommend them because it is all about the quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you.
They were very rude and I was not pleased with their work. They repaired a car that a semi trailer ran over the hood and fender of. They said no mechanical damage was done to it such as axles and tie rods (the axle snapped on my son just a few days later) shoving the tire up and re damaging the fender that had just been fixed. Also the cosmetic work and paint was shotty the paint nor pin striping matched the car.

Installed a new bed on my truck and repainted it. Then shortly after that the tailgate fell and damaged it. I called the manager and he said it was not their fault even though they installed the new bed so I am left with fixing the damage myself. And the paint was not done very well either. So I will be using 3C
