I will scream to the hilltops and recommend everyone I know that if you ever need body damage repaired go to Perfection One! They were amazing. They kept me updated every step of the way, with insurance,the GM strike, parts arriving. I was receiving text messages 2-3 times a week keeping me completely updated and at ease. Jason and the guys at perfection one are top notch. They walked us through the entire repair process step by step. Informing us of the different options and costs associated with each one. Not gonna lie as a “car guy” I was worried that the paint wasn’t gonna match the rest of our Yukon. Anytime something on a car is painted it is always kinda hard to match the original color. They went above and beyond making it stress free! The hospitality we received was amazing and they had my car fixed in a week looking brand new! Love this place!
I have always had great experiences with them but most recently, I had spoken with someone about getting a repair done after my oil change and they did it for me the next day (after I consented of course) without me even having an appointment, which I thought was wonderful too. I have never had a bad experience there and they have great prices! Now all my dash board lights are off for the first time ever!!!!! 😊😊😊
The work is excellent my car looks great !!! All of the associates are very friendly. They really go through the vehicles to make sure there is no hidden damage. This is the second vehicle they have fixed for us .
