Chad, Chris and Jake did several big projects on our 2 story house. We neglected our poor house and Perfection Home Repairs turned our house into quite a beauty. New roof , painting inside and out, new kitchen tile, new pantry, upstairs bedroom with bay window and replacement window , and in the process now with building a huge second story deck. The work is top notch and even better than imagined. Chad is an exceptional perfectionist . I'm glad I found him for my ( many) home improvements.
I called Perfection Home Repairs to replace my front steps. Chad promptly called me to schedule an appointment. I was impressed that his quote was emailed to me the same day of the appointment. The work was completed in a very timely manner. The steps came out beautifully and were nicer than I ever could've imagined . What also impressed me was the cleanup process. We had Perfection Home Repairs come do four decks in the summer on a detached quadplex we own in Palmer. The work was done fast and the decks are still doing great. We were also given a military discount! Highly recommend.
