Chad did an excellent job installing new windows in my home. He was quick with an estimate at a great price. Was professional and wasted no time getting job completed.
Had a couple of recent home sales that each required a list of repairs. For one home, we received an estimate from a contractor in Anchorage for about $4,500. Chad examined the list and the items to be done, completed the work, and it cost just $450. The work was done on my schedule and done exactly as needed. For the other home, he completed a number of items for us below expected cost and much more quickly than anticipated.
Chad and his crew were awesome turning my 4x8 deck into 24x 20. Very professional quality work and finished fast.
Don't waste your time. Chad is a joke! Came out and did a quick look and apparently is able to do a deck like I asked, or doesn't want too. He took my email address to send me a quote on the project, then he just didn't send one. After two text he finally texts me and says that "it isn't going to work out". What a schmuck.
