Perfection Builders builds zero line property line patio homes. Our neighbors home was built 4 inches above ours and their patio slopes into our home. Last year’s rain brought water into our home and our entire main floor flooring was replaced. The owner Jason said “well it’s not like it happens all the time”. We are not in a flood zone, it should not happen at all.
