I recently built a house with Perfection Builders. Because I was moving to Wichita from out of state, most of the build took place when I was 1,300 miles away. Karen Clothier with Perfection’s Design Center helped me tremendously with all the details related to the options for the interior through photos and videos. Hope you don’t have damage from water leak because fittings were not crimped. They will not pay for damage to your personal property. Takes forever to get warranty work done. Make sure everything they tell you is in writing. Still waiting on landscaping to be completed. A lot of the residents are not happy with them
We purchased a "luxury" patio home from Perfection Builders in November 2021. It was a former model and we were the first owners. I wanted to love my new home. I do love the floor plan, the colors,style and the location. However, beginning with the buying process of the home, it has been disappointing.
