Crooks ! Bad business sent 500 $ for an item tried to switch to a different item later on and was told my deposit was canceled after never being explained to or told my deposit had a time limit .
Walked in for a watch resizing. Reasonable price ($10), service was immediate, but he didn’t mention that my watch battery had also died, and worse: I had to go to another jeweler with more experience in the brand to notice that he forgot to put back the cap on the pin, meaning my watchband was at risk of breaking apart at the links and falling off at some random time.
