We’ve been customers of Perfect Temperature Control for years and they’ve always given us excellent service. This past weekend, our Air Conditioner died and Mike had to give us the bad news that a new unit was the best option for us. He was very thorough in his explanation of our options and we appreciated his candor. He made all the arrangements and we set a date for the new installation. Being using the company for 7 years always got good service with nice employees.
Fantastic response and service when my heat failed during below zero temperatures. The problem wasn’t easy to find but they kept at it until the problem (my Nest thermostat by the way) was found and fixed. I have always used them for my routine service and annual cleaning but luckily this was the first time I needed them on an emergency basis. They came through.
Always satisfied with their work. Thorough, professional, and always explain what they are doing. I have been using them for over 20 years. Highly recommend
