Office has closed until further notice. Didn't contact a single patient to alert them of this closure. Now my temp crown is gone and I'm just screwed on getting it fixed. I prepaid for services that I no longer can receive.
Friendly staff, they explained everything to me before starting. They starting on time, very clean room and made sure I was comfortable!
This location has awful service. They canceled my appointment without even a text message or call, the first time. Their messaging service is a mess- you will either end up with no reminders at all or worse, reminders with wrong dates. It’s very confusing. The front desk is not very helpful either. My daughter with a disability is trying out this option for a new provider. Now, I am not happy, have changed my daughters cleaning appt twice now. Update: Now, on 4th cancellation for this dentist. What a terrible business!
