Update: This company got bought by some other company and since then it might as well be run by lizards. They will set you up with an appointment when there is not doc, they send you three reminders of the appointment and all of them will have different times, they are way understaffed and their arcade is always out of order and no prizes for kids who had to get work done. this place is horrible. the staff are unprofessional and rude while the opening hours are also inaccurate. i had scheduled an appointment for 4pm and when i got there they said that they were closed and didn’t see any appointments so they just all left ???????? and this wasn’t the first time. this was the third time. i wish i didnt book here for my braces treatment. they keep hiring new orthodontists and they suck at their job. not professional and horrible. i do not recommend this establishment. they just leave work when th... read more

This place has been a nightmare for our family. We stopped going after discovering that information was added to my daughter’s chart that simply did not happen. On top of that, the experience created real dental anxiety for my younger daughter. What is even more frustrating is that two years after we stopped going, after being assured several times that we had no outstanding balance, we are still receiving bills for claims that were denied by insurance. I had a very positive experience here with the orthodontist as an *adult* who pursued braces at the same time as my 12 year old son had braces here too. I have always been really self conscious of my smile (my family nickname for at least 4 years growing up was literally snaggletooth lol) even though my before "could have been worse" the difference was huge!!
