All the staff was very courteous and smiling. The assistant taking X-rays was very efficient, the cleaning went very fast, and the doctor spent all the time needed to examine and explain any issues I had (none).
Excellent staff and technology, tooth camera is great.
I was extremely impressed with how quickly I was seen. Seeing other dentists (not at Perfect Teeth) I'd have to wait well after my appt time. Everything runs smoothly at this location! Very impressive!
This visit was the quickest with no waiting at all. The whole process took less than an hour. Your billing procedure has been a problem for us in the past, especially with my wife's visit and subsequent bill which we feel should of been covered entirely by my insurance.
My main concern is the revolving door of dentists. In the 10 years that I been a patient I have seen at least 6 or 7 dentist. For the first 5-6 years there were only 2, but now it seems that there is a new one every year. I am not complaining about the care as much as the lack of continuity. That would also be my complaint about hygienists - but even more so. I've had 30 cleanings in 10 years and I'll bet that I've had 15 hygienists!
Clinic was clean, including restroom. Doctor and staff courteous and professional. Will return.
Everyone--front office staff, the dentist (Charlie), the hygienist (Danee), and the assistant (Shantell)--was very polite and professional. All my questions and concerns were appropriately addressed as well.
