As always, the wait was minimal and everything went smoothly,
I was reminded of my appointment well in advance. Everyone was thoughtful and responsive to my needs and questions.
I've never dealt with so many employee professionals for a teeth cleaning, but I quickly met all the experts and was given explanations for each phase of the visit and given satisfactory answers to my questions.
The staff were great! Now if we can keep the same dentist until my next 6 month checkup it would be an improvement.
Since Dennis joined the team at this location the customer experience has gone from one star to five ... Keep up the good work! He joined the team shortly after my horrible first visit over a year ago and his sincerity convinced me to give the office another try and I'm happy I did. They know how to put patients first.
Overall the services are great. I would have given a 5 star except for the fact that there is a huge turnover of dentists. Usually you end up seeing a new dentist each time you visit.
The dentists change every year. There is no sense of consistency or of establishing a relationship with a dentist over a period of time. The work the dentists do is always excellent. However, the hygienists are not always thorough. Some of them do a complete exam; others are very lazy and only do a superficial exam.
I've been coming to this office for 10 years and have gone through several different procedures from routine cleanings and check ups to root canals and crowns. I've had one failed crown within 6 months of installation but the dentist and staff did everything to get it corrected quickly while working with me on my schedule to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this location.
