I was nervous to take my baby girl in for her first visit but as soon as Cassandra brought her back holding her hand i knew shed be fine, Dr. Boyd was so gentle with her that she listened great. At the end of the appt. she walked out of the office happy and wanted to go back. Thank you perfect teeth.

This office has trouble starting at the beginning with prior authorization...apparently they don't know how to deal with insurances. The excuse I got "I've been on hold with them for 40 min & then hung up on" so I went in and called and had someone on the phone in 5 min. Then I prepaid for a procedure I was going to have but didn't end up having it but now they are with holding my money till my boyfriends bill is paid....
