I was really delighted to get a crown on a tooth of mine that had cavities on it. It was repaired perfectly!! It was really great to be served with excellence by Dr. Darvishian, Dr. Nguyen, Christa, Mason, Anna, Paulina and the rest of the outstanding staff at Perfect Smiles of Reston! I highly recommend it! Also, Dr. Darvishian was courteous enough to give me a follow up call later in the evening! That was priceless!! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service!! :)
I've been going to see Dr. Darvishian for more than five years now and she's terrific. Recently, I needed a crown and it was so nice to be able to have it done in her office without having to wait for anything to go to a lab. Her staff is nice and laid back and I'm a very happy client.
I knocked off half a star because occasionally I have not been given sufficient information as to what was being done and why. But, when my mouth is not so full of dental equipment so that I can ask, I found that everyone was very forthcoming in explaining what procedures were being done and why. I recently had a crown replaced and in the process probably saw about everyone in the office. They are all proficient, caring, and mindful of your comfort - or lack thereof. The woman who was cleaning my teeth was very nice and did a great Job. They found i had a cavity and filled it on the spot. I didn't even feel it.
As usual, everyone was friendly and attentive. Always a good experience!
The staff was very friendly and did a great job. Dr. Darvishian was clear in her explanation of what was required and very competent in her work.
Time for my teeth to be cleaned like I do every 6 months and I'm nervous because I'm very sensitive and the cleaning normally hurts. Dr.Nguyen did my cleaning assisted by Vera and they were both wonderful to me and went slowly and not only didn't hurt, but my teeth feel so clean and wonderful. I'll return to them both for sure! Thanks Perfect smiles!!
This was my first time at this practice and I felt so comfortable. The staff is friendly and made me feel so taken care of. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends!!!
