Perfect Smiles of Reston is clean and professional. I am new patient as of this year and I have had a positive experience so far. I also just committed to do invisalgin! The one negative is they seem to run behind schedule. I've been in both the morning and the evening and had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time before being called.
I had an appointment for a cavity/filling and it was one of the smoothest appointments I've had in years! Kudos to the staff at Perfect Smiles!
The hygenist is excellent. I will continue to use her services for my periodic cleanings.

1- An improvement would be to have hooks for coats/handbags etc. in the cubicle where you are getting treatment. 2- Another improvement would be to talk to the patient more about what procedures are about to be done and how they are to be done before they get started.

I had a very pleasant first appointment. The staff was customer service oriented and they seemed to enjoy their work. I know that I will receive excellent dental care here.
I never look forward to going to a dentist. Real Smiles of Reston have completely changed my opinion. Loved every moment of my time there. Their level of expertise, competence and professionalism was without per the best I have ever had.
Receptionist was with another patient when it was time for me to check out and I was asked to wait in the waiting room. I sat there for 20-25 minutes before the hygenist came back out and noticed that I was still there. She asked the other lady sitting at the front desk to check me out. I was not to happy about that.
