My experience with Perfect smiles was great. I was really nervous going in and thought it would be very painful with the pain I was already in and they made me feel at ease and no pain while doing the procedure.
I went in for my routine exam and Dr. D discovered an urgent issue with one of my molars. She kindly rearranged her schedule to address the concern promptly. As I have some anxiety around dentistry due to a traumatic experience in childhood, Dr. D is the only dentist I've ever had whom I feel confident in. She is compassionate and her dentistry is akin to artistry. Since I was squeezed in, Dr. T numbed me while Dr. D attended to another patient. Procedures are always explained fully and clearly. Appointments are on time and estimates for length of procedures is generally accurate. Friendly and supportive environment.
On my first impression, everyone there is kind, professional, and knows what they are doing
great experience, very smooth process (check-in), friendly receptionist, Goli (my dental hygenist) was also very friendly and nicely explained all that she was doing. The office is clean, well-lit, and I absolutely loved the view of the woods from my chair.
I love coming here. Not only do they do great work but they are just so kind and friendly.
