Great friendly staff. Right on time. Couldn't ask for a better Dr's experience.
I called Perfect Smiles while I was on the road having developed a problem with my mouth a few days prior that had not resolved. The office staff was wonderful and I was able to be seen immediately. An x-ray revealed that I needed to be treated. The staff rearranged their schedule (not to impact other patients) and Dr. Darvishian shared with me her plan. Staff was great; very helpful and energetic. The Doctor (D) appeared rushed, was impersonal, and almost agitated. I don't think she even greeted me when she spoke to me for 30 seconds.
Dr Tahhan was wonderful, as was his assistant Rommie. Dr Tahhan was friendly and personable. His excellent bedside manner made me feel instantly more at ease. They took me as a new patient late in the day and worked past closing to help me with a difficult tooth that resulted in an extraction. The anesthetic was complete so the extraction was relatively painless. I look forward to continuing my dental care with them in the future!
