Most amazing experience- it’s no surprise I don’t like the dentist, not many people do. But this place really makes you feel at peace for where you are. Walking in you are treated by the nicest staff, the man at the front desk was so kind and caring and truly a great fit for being the face of the office. I had a really great first experience. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. My hygienist Dana was lovely, very efficient. She gave me the best cleaning that I've ever had. I loved all the amenities and little details. I also have to mention that the office was very clean and gave off a very calm, relaxing vibe. I believe that I had found my new dental home!
I hate the dentist. Perfect Smiles made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my experience as a first time patient. I also want to give a shoutout to Cardi( I’m not sure of the correct spelling) at check-in -he is the reason I went- very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience. I had to get 2 cavities filled and each staff member I encountered made it not only easy but enjoyable (which is saying a lot considering dental work with Novocain and “enjoyable” don’t typically go together!) First, the gentleman at the front is so kind, warm and welcoming. Instantly puts you at ease. The hygienist who brought me in was so sweet and I loved talking with her. Absolutely fantastic visit for a routine cleaning! I haven’t been to the dentist in years and was extremely anxious about going back. The interior is beautiful and relaxing. Brandy gave me a very welcoming tour. Meg, my hygienist, was so kind, pleasant to chat with, and she did a wonderful job! Dr.Ramirez was great as well. Very informative and clearly defined my treatment going forward. So glad I went and really not worried about going back for a simple filling.
