Not enough attention given to each patient No reason why a cleaning should only be 5 mins. Too many appointments booked around the same time. Toilet seat was broke. The rugs were dirty in the waiting area.
There is only one good thing to say about this place: if you have a dental emergency, as I did, you can have an appointment in the next couple of hours. But as soon as you arrive, you realize why it is so easy to get an appointment: they overbook like crazy. Although I arrived on time, there were multiple patients waiting before me.
