It seems Perfect Smile has a reputation for poor patient care. Looked up the reviews prior to visiting and ended up a victim. Not the one to write reviews and the fact that I am shows how distasteful my experience was. I scheduled an appointment for a checkup and cleaning at a specific location with a specific dentist just to get setup at different location and was told I'd be seen by ANY available dentist. Absolutely horrible service. They never answer the phone, their fillings break off within months, and the wait is always 45min+. Hands down the worst experience i’ve had with a dentist. Horrible bedside manners from the entire staff. I loved the blonde dentist with an accent (maybe Russian?) she was the most professional and polite. But i haven’t seen her in like a year. They never answer the phone and even when you leave multiple messages they still don’t call you back.
Friendly staff makes the visit. Dr. Was great and answered my questions.
Even though it looks like they got rid of the horrible doctor Dina Khadder, were most of the complaints came from, I would never ever return to this practice that ruined 3 of my teeth and now I trying to find a new dentist/group to fix their horrible service and I'm hoping my insurance will cover the repairs. I did file a complaint with my insurance company and hopefully they will help with me in rectifying my problem. Just stay away from this place!!!!!
