I was scheduled for a routine teeth cleaning. I called before appointment and confirmed that all I need is cleaning. But when I arrived, I was told I MUST do x-rays. I refused, because I had plenty done in the past two years, have no pain/changes, all I needed was simply tartar removal and polishing. They didn’t offer me any alternatives ( like intraoral camera or diagnostic lasers, or simply to sign an informed consent!) and refused the service. So, I had no choice but to walk out! Never answers the phone I’m trying to get my tooth pull for days now and I already got the referral but these idiots never answer
The person who answers the phone Jenna is her name is extremely rude and told me I can not office hop. I got my tooth filled there an the filling came out and I been in pain ever since it came out. Had a cleaning appointment in two days told me I can’t get it fixed that day because it’s a cleaning appointment. They messed up my tooth and now I’m in pain suffering says I have to sign to release my records to another dentist. Very rude I do not recommend this dentist office to my worst enemy!
Very disappointing experience. I went to this clinic to fix my teeth, but instead four of my teeth were damaged and the issue still hasn’t been properly resolved. In my experience, the staff were rude and unprofessional, especially at the reception. I was also very concerned about the level of cleanliness I saw tools fall on the floor and they did not appear to be properly sanitized before being used again. Apparently i had filling but i left with ruined teeth, a gap on my bottom teeth, and pushed out.
