I have called repeatedly and nobody ever answers. I am a patient here and can’t even schedule my appointment. I’m already being treated and can’t get anyone on the phone. Thank god I’m not having an actual problem. I’ve called to get scheduled for a cleaning nobody answers. Wisdom teeth removal? No answer. This is horrible customer service. The last time I went in the Dr. told me I need my wisdom teeth out and the receptionist told me not to. I went to this clinic for a simple check-up after a UPMC referral, but after scans I was advised to extract five teeth despite having no pain, and a healthy main chewing tooth was removed. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major dental treatment here, as I now struggle to eat because one side is empty and I currently cannot afford to replace the missing tooth.
I had a horrific experience here with Dr Ted and Perfect Smiles in December. I am having surgery tomorrow to correct some of the damage done by Dr Ted. I also have permanent nerve damage on the left side of my face. I have tried to contact attorneys and the dental associations to no avail. This place is a worthless piece of garbage and so are all of the people that work there. Waited over an hour for my sons appointment. Just to be told the Dr doesn't feel like working today so we will reschedule. Then the front desk lady gives me all kinds of attitude.
Was left sitting 45 minutes after scheduled appointment to be told they were cancelling. The front desk staff never communicated with us about what was going on.
